1)Literally no job security(0%). They even fire people with no notice period. They fire people without even prior information and boom you will be jobless the same day. In my time I have seen the firing of 50% of the company's employees from the development team and it's a very normal thing in this company. 2)You will get used to hearing harsh words and abusive language. It's shocking but yes it happens in the company and this abuse is from none other than the CTO of the company itself. 3)Poorest management they don't have any guidance role, TA or manager in a team. 4)They expect you to work day and night like donkeys or their full-time servent. You will lose contact with the outside world eventually because there is no Saturday and Sunday in this company. They have normalized working on weekends. 5)Rest there is no good infrastructure, no perks and I would day the worst company in the world.

Rest all cons, Micro management, No proper KT, Ppl @ TL are not worth, Damp work culture, Toxic work conditions, High voluntary turn out rate in CSM Product Support team, Vision less leader ship, No ground communication.
