Pros

The people that work at SalesRabbit are unlike any other place I’ve worked at. We truly are more than just coworkers. The culture was the most impressive thing to me when I started. New c-suite level leadership has taken a couple months to get the hang of things but ultimately we’re optimistic in their leadership and approach.

Cons

Previous leadership (founder and other execs) stayed way too long. Did not know how to make key decisions which ultimately caused the ARR to dip dramatically. Also very poor decision making when it came to M&As and cared more about “becoming profitable” just so they could leave on a high note.

Pros

SalesRabbit's culture comes directly from it's people. Smart and friendly people throughout the business (from execs to ICs) are invested in making and keeping it a great place to work. The business has good challenges to overcome. Good because they are indeed achievable goals and the team is capable of hitting the mark.

Cons

The go to market strategy struggled at times when we were marketing and selling before a product has been fully built, fully tested, and customer success strategies had been established. There was some lack of curiosity to understand the value of different departments at times. Individual contributors didn't understand the roles of other key players in the business and that ignorance could lead to poor understanding and appreciation of other's efforts.

Pros

Maybe it's my department, but my experience has been so amazing. I've been here for over 2 1/2 years and hope to stay here much longer. My manager is so supportive yet pushes me to do my best. My whole team gets along great and it seems every new hire fits in perfectly. Also the flexibility is amazing. I never feel stressed about going to work. Maybe it's the fact that I'm young and don't have a ton of office work experience, but I do how crucial a work environment can be. I feel lucky to have ended up where I have.
