Pros
Management trusts employees. The management style is basically whatever the opposite of micromanagement is. Work/life balance is extremely important to them.
They are so welcoming to input and suggestions and ask for feedback regularly. I can't stress how great it is to have a boss that asks, "What are your thoughts on this?" daily.
They care so much about employee development. Hard work never goes unnoticed; they don't wait certain amounts of time for salary reevaluations and they reward it as they see it.
Individual team and company wide meetings happen often and the first priority is always to address concerns, questions, or suggestions. Company-wide meetings are always prefaced/followed by anonymous surveys, where you can make suggestions or ask questions anonymously if you wish.
A lot is expected of each employee, and in turn a lot is expected of the company and leadership. They're VERY flexible with personal time needed, as well.

Ummm... too many snacks?
Okay I do wish the medical plans were a bit better, but that's something I expected at a small company.
