Waking up every day and not having that sinking feeling that it's Monday and the work week has started... Showing up at the office and everyone on your team is hand-picked by incredible leaders who all share a founder mentality in what we do and the people we serve ... The day flies by as you capture win after win all earned with grit and curiosity ... you leave the day feeling this huge wave of gratitude almost every day and then all that amazing juice flows into your personal life so that you can do the best you need to do for your self and others outside of your career. You throw that on top of the work-life balance, mentorship, and room for growth we have here... sheesh... The pay plan is competitive too...

Looking at what they could improve on is a tough question. I have been here for nearly a year and have really loved everything SalesRabbit has done for it's employees!
