Pros

SalesRabbit is a fast moving highly energetic company. I started a position to manage a new product team and worked closely with executive management to help succeed in my role. So far I have felt incredibly supported and the culture is wonderful. Expectations of performance and company goals are clear. the right vision is in place.

Cons

They guy who was to be responsible to cross train me after being hired left shortly after I started. I felt a little confused about how to navigate some more technical features of the product but the CEO worked closely with me to make sure I didn't fall behind.

I have never worked for a company in my life that cares as much about its employees as SalesRabbit does. Not only is life already good here, but they are constantly trying to find ways to make it better. I love the culture, the environment, the people, the management, and the weekly lunches. Also, the opportunities to advance are prevalent.

Cons

Because it is a company that is still budding and growing, the compensation could be better. It is still competitive, but there are higher-paying jobs out there.
