      Pros

      The money is good - but the expectations are unclear at times and the people are difficult to work with for the most part.

      Cons

      Hours are horrendous. The expectations are crazy. The goals and metrics are rarely clear.

      Pros

      They have great company perks and benefits for most of their employees (but not if you do not work out of HQ in San Francisco). They are consistently ranked in top company lists and have a very innovative culture and product suite. Salesforce's commitment to philanthropy is also outstanding, giving employees 6 days a year to volunteer and give back to the community.

      Cons

      Salesforce often does not treat all employees equally and with mutual respect. The overly-competitive culture leads to a great deal of backstabbing, inequality, and the absence of trust among coworkers. The company also tends to not follow through on its word and does not place a very high importance on its employees.

      - Team outings - Benefits - Career path - Company parties - Dreamforce - Coworkers

      Cons

      - Upper management can be very political. - Favoritism is evident and must be willing to do anything it takes to get to the top, even if that means stepping on another person to get there. - Lack of transparency - Losing sight of it's culture - Impossible to explore your creativity and express thoughts - Pretentious and entitled behavior due to drinking from the company "kool-aid"
