      Salary, Benefits, Office although ultimately this is just a distraction.

      Cons

      Really really poor managers including the worse one I have experienced in 25 years of working. What was once a great company with a fantastic culture has unfortunately done a 180 and become a truly toxic environment. Truth and transparency disappeared overnight in January and has continued throughout 2023. A strange place which left me hugely disappointed with my Salesforce experience as I expected so much more.

      Cons

      Professional Services is a toxic, incompetent, immoral organization. If you have any interest in Trust, Customer Success, Innovation, Equality, or Sustainability avoid at all costs. Actually delivering what is sold is a complete afterthought.
