I witnessed firsthand how the work environment negatively impacted the well-being of the team. Multiple coworkers reached out to me expressing significant concerns, including instances of sexual harassment, discrimination, lack of trust internally, a terrible "club" like culture, heightened anxiety, and stress caused by the toxic culture. Some team members even went on leave or significantly reduced their engagement due to the overwhelming pressure and lack of support. These issues created a challenging environment, making it difficult for the team to collaborate effectively or focus on shared goals. It was disheartening to see the impact on my colleagues and the overall morale of the team. Not a great place to work, beware!
