Working at Salesforce has exceeded all expectations I could have had imagined for my first job as a young professional. Between the interview experience, onboarding, employee perks and benefits, and day to day experience, Salesforce has lived up to the hype it receives as one of the best companies to work for amongst so many lists and awards. The culture is unparalleled -- for being such a massive company, the transparency and communication from the top down are extremely impressive, and you never feel like you're out of the loop or don't have access to the resources you need to answer your questions or concerns.
Cons
The only con I can think of is that it is hard to get in -- even getting an interview is challenging, but if you connect with someone on LinkedIn and get to know them and work with them, they might be able to serve as a reference that might increase your chances of getting your resume looked at!
