      - Amazing enablement/training (didn't need any technical knowledge beforehand) - Company Culture is strong - Managers that care - Graduate Program that puts you in the job role within 6 months!

      Cons

      Salesforce changes and moves fast, you have to keep up! Initial salary may seem low but progression is definitely strong within Salesforce
