This is not a company for working mothers. Insane work hours, lack of growth and denied requests for part-time employment are often common. I know 2 women (who returned to work after having a baby) are leaving because their manager told them that a job share or part-time was simply out of the question. really? what century are we living in when a good employee has to leave because of lack of respect for different work-life priorities.
