Pros

downtown office and youthful culture

Cons

This is not a company for working mothers. Insane work hours, lack of growth and denied requests for part-time employment are often common. I know 2 women (who returned to work after having a baby) are leaving because their manager told them that a job share or part-time was simply out of the question. really? what century are we living in when a good employee has to leave because of lack of respect for different work-life priorities.

Pros

Great product, great support, happy customers, good overall company reputation, dedicated employees

Cons

Insufferable politics, Uneven territories, Management runs things by using fear and ridicule to intimidate SR AEs. Bad middle management! Brown-nosing is required to get ahead versus actual performance and #s. There are territories in which NO ONE could hit their quota - but management will push you out the door for it or promote you for it, depending on who you know.

Pros

Amazing benefits, and exposure to extremely talented people.

Cons

This company has some of the most ridiculous processes humanly possible. The biggest roadblocks to success are internal. Sales adjacent teams that are overwhelmed and extremely behind, solutions engineers that have zero clue what they are doing, terrible outreach tools forced upon AE’s that make it extremely difficult to get engagement, internal reports that are inconsistent. I can go on and on about how the worst part of working here is how inefficient our processes are. They need to focus on operational efficiency and make it easier to sell.
