      Pros

      Great company benefits, beautiful office buildings, free snacks, time off is super easy to get, Employee perks are amazing! Free $100 every month for gym memberships, massages, etc.

      Cons

      Culture here is very elitist, teams are cliches, inappropriate office conversation (often about incessant drinking), some very rude employees, managers who aren't capable at managing but were made managers because they were good in another field. Growing too quickly to really pick quality people with character. Witnessed quite a few bullies on my team and others.

      Pros

      -Most people can be helpful when you need assistance -Job-shadow program so employees can explore different roles -If you get a good manager (s)he will stick up for you and push back for you

      Cons

      -Work/life balance can be a challenge here, the company is very nimble (upper management) but do not consider downstream affects and operationally, can be very difficult to accommodate -Upper management usually does not care if you need to move mountains to accommodate their needs -Depending on your team, there is really little collaboration and teamwork, feels like every man for himself -The company focuses a lot on the sales org but very little on internal operations or internal groups which makes it hard to feel motivated to work here -This is the first job that i've ever had that I feel like I NEED to work during my vacations

      Pros

      Leaving this dog behind! They promoted unqualified mangers and expect you to ramp in as little as time as possible while covering dog accounts you have ever heard of.

      Cons

      Oracle, oracle, oracle. This is an inside sales dream job as SFDC puts it. If you are a seasoned sales rep stay away. Managers and AVPs are ACV whores. Do not care about the customer or long term relationship. You are as good as you next months deal.
