Pros

Pay is okay, no other "pros"

Cons

This is a sales company not a tech company. Product is hanging on by a thread. 'Culture' is gone. Management is terrible. Way too many middle men that do not contribute. Individuals are overworked and under appreciated. Always have the threat of being laid off . They are constantly taking away benefits.

Pros

a handful of smart coworkers

Cons

- Salesforce Customers should go to smaller companies for solutions as CSG is run with mediocre performers/consultants and save hefty fees - Shockingly, the most incompetent people getting promoted based on politics in the middle management - Awful middle management taking advantage of Salesforce resources for personal gains. Hired incompetent people to make themselves look good and its easier to control them like puppets - There is an endless list of toxic culture created by the middle management in CSG - Doesn't value talented employees which impacts innovation

Pros

My manager and team is amazing. I enjoy working with them and seeing them succeed. The Slack product is also amazing and so well built and thought out. I could see myself working here for a long time (maybe not now with the RTO.) I think the CEO, Denise, is also incredibly smart and compassionate. I feel like she's willing to get involved and seems very approachable.

Cons

Recently announced a return to office that is so aggressive and will lead to departure of so many good people. No additional commuting benefits, or even lunch, just junk food and drinks. It's going to be such a waste of time and money for employees with 0 benefit to us. I'd like to connect with my team but we are spread out so instead I will have to go to the office and sit on zoom.
