Great WLB & benefits (if you're in AMER / don't deal too much with APAC) Cooperative, friendly coworkers Education reimbursement stipend ($5k/year)

Cons

Self-serving, gutless leadership & constant, chaotic changes in priority Excessive bureaucracy & politics; slow to nonexistent proudct innovation as a result Promotions are nearly impossible to come by; difficult to level up "High performance culture" has created a fear-based culture that disincentivizes cooperation Lots of jobs moving to APAC / forcing people to work across crazy timezones

Pros

Good company.. Solid tech and all the acquisitions allow you to work with a customer on many levels and provide solutions for business problems.

Cons

They've just lost their true "Ohana" spirit because they're so focused on trying to keep positive growth. You hear people preach about "Ohana" and being team focused which it can be but overall there's all kinds of internal politics which take away from the Ohana meaning. Also a big lack of real onboarding and training is leaving a lot of employees to figure things out and spending too much time researching an answer and getting momentum. This can also be caused by oversold as well as frustrated customers due to Account Managers being rotated on them every fiscal year.
