Great team members, acceptable benefits, product can be exciting (depending on which one).
Cons
Leadership is not transparent and consistently contradict themselves. Activist investors are sinking their claws into a once healthy culture. Layoffs have gutted entire teams and yet are expected to operate at 150% efficiency. I feel like I fell asleep working at Salesforce, and woke up working for Oracle. Marc's leadership is careless, callous, and arrogant. The twelve layers of management is riddled with title hoppers and "yes" women and men that lack any critical thinking skills and do nothing but enable bad decision after bad decision. Sincerely you, reader, deserve better than whatever Salesforce has to offer you.
