      Pros

      WLB is great. Never worked more than 40 hrs. Benefits are great too. PTO is unlimited and no objections to taking advantage of it.

      Cons

      Culture here sucks. Everyone talks in buzzwords and sales jargon even internally. Lots of dead weight in the company (you can tell in the social slack channels that some people just post all day instead of working). During the pandemic Slack was supposed to be our digital HQ but it quickly turned into the YouTube comments section with people fighting about politics and Covid and inappropriate conversations for a workplace. Projects in ProServ are over staffed and everyone wants to do everyone else’s job anyway. No way to advance your career. V2MOM is a joke (it’s copy/paste of what your boss’ boss does). If you want to end your career here it’s a good place to rest and vest.

      - Nice office - Hybrid Work - Free barista bar on the top floor - Supportive team, nice & fun people to work with

      Cons

      - Toxic work environment - Constantly barraged by slacks from all different departments - Sell or get fired pressure cooker - Too many internal meetings

      A lot of great benefits and extras for the employees

      Cons

      For all of the talk of Ohana, the recent RIF was probably the most impersonal one I've ever seen. One conversation with a manager and then a few days later one gets emailed a long document containing the conditions for separation.
