Pros

Pay is competitive, strong benefits, name brand, if you land in good territory with good manager and respectful team the position can be lucrative.

Cons

Where do I start here? I have never worked at a company where there was so much top down disconnect coupled with disconnect between teams in sales process. You sell the worlds best CRM why do I need to open 25 cases to get support on a deal, or personal matter, or anything. You are just another employee in the machine no matter how strong of a performer you are. Comp plans are not aligned to the overall success of the account, which pits different teams internally against each other which completely disregards what is best for the customer. Internal culture since the pandemic is non existent. If you want to count Ra ra emails as culture then their is plenty of that, but outside of that the company way over hired, micro managing has tightened, and the company is trying to eek whatever they can out of you at any cost. First level managers are awful spreadsheet and report babysitters, especially those that were hired outside of the organization. I could go on for days but I would say until things change I would stay away from this company as a sales opportunity.

Pros

-Compensation & Benefits package is unmatched -WLB is great -Facilities, tech, corp card, all runs very smooth

Cons

If you come in as a new sales rep you are going to get stuck in a terrible territory. Everyone knows that new comers have to generate business off the worst accounts, if you can make something out of nothing you can land in a great territory and this could be a rewarding job. If you land in a bad territory there's nothing you can do - all territories are set for 12 months. I'm on a team of 5-9 AEs and we have one SDR for support. At a world class sales org, you'd think you'd have more support to generate meetings and interest. Lots of cooks in the kitchen on every deal. You have Core CRM, Slack, Tableau, MuleSoft, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Marketing Cloud AEs on each account...

Pros

Pros: decent money, decent job title that can get you a better job somewhere else

Cons

Absolutely incompetent and unempathetic recruiters who string along, stand up meetings and GHOST candidates instead of sending an email like a functional adult.
