      Does Not Live up to Values

      A couple reviews on here mentioned that "leadership has been Oraclized" / "Oracle with a better PR department," and after taking some time to reflect on my experience, I think that's actually the root of the problem. You have stated company values that are modern and attract top junior/early senior talent that is fully aligned. But then you have a stark contrast of old school leaders, often actually hired from Oracle, that do not truly live by the four core values. These leaders create toxic, biased cultures that reward politics and status quo complacency over merit and growth/change mindsets.
