promotion is difficult, must make your own efforts to define yourself and brand which is difficult in such a large company.

- You get to see how an organization can be turned into a family. - You are encouraged to give it back to society by volunteering and Salesforce advocates and gives you that flexibility to do it your way. - Open and transparent culture. - Employee centric (in a true manner).

Cons

I have been loving every day of it and honestly, I haven't found any.

equality flexibility (work from home on certain day) doesn't have to be exactly 9-5pm benefit (good medical insurance, generous maternity leave)

Cons

very structural corporate take many steps to get some stuffs approved.
