Pros

-Company values and culture. -Opportunities to learn (IF your manager will allow it). -Work with a lot of smart people -Most colleagues are happy to help -Employee perks and parties allow you to have some fun and get to know other people in the company

Cons

DISCLAIMER: This is my experience with my team in IT(ESAS) specifically, not the company as a whole. Some people on different teams are fortunate enough to have a more pleasant experience than I did. -Management is unorganized and incompetent. -Not all employees are treated equal and management of this team doesn't follow company encouragement of employee success. -Experienced wrongful termination for reporting managements nepotism to HR and received no support. -IT and Security orgs are currently a disaster and loosing employees left and right due to poor lower and senior management decisions -Office politics and bureaucracy can get in the way of completing work -Experienced sexual harassment to which HR gave the offender a "stern" talking to instead of taking disciplinary action because I couldn't provide enough proof of the incident (seriously???) -Claiming to care about employees 100% is a facade. Management cares for employees based on how much money you're making or who's bottom you kiss
