High turnover rate . Too much work for little pay. Plano grams as they call it needed to be done almost every week in every aisle. Everything updates almost every day . Terrible terrible terrible

30% discount on product. There really isn’t anything else worth noting.

Cons

Too many to count. Management is terrible and not supportive at all. Because of this the turn over rate is very high, leaving the store constantly under staffed. No sales incentives. Pay is terrible. No opportunities for growth. A lot of gossip/cattiness. A lot of pay check errors. There was a lot of theft and homelessness at the Emeryville location and very little to no measures taken to ensure employees safety. Very unsafe location and management is apathetic about the well being of employees.
