No sick pay No real chance at progression as they would pay people from outside the company more rather than give the current managers a pay rise.

Working from home and colleagues.

Cons

No career development, no bonus, no perks, and zero flexibility, everything is micromanaged and controlled by senior management. There’s no recognition or appreciation for the work you do, but any small mistake or negative point is immediately highlighted. The workload is completely unrealistic and far beyond what I’ve experienced in any previous role. You’re expected to constantly deliver more with no support, no reward, and no acknowledgement. Overall, it’s an extremely stressful environment that leaves you feeling overworked, undervalued, and drained.
