Pros

I enjoyed working here. The pay and working environment was good for the role I done, and there were good training opportunities. My boss was understanding and compassionate, which I have not seen in other bosses I've had.

Cons

Sometimes we could have done with having more staff on at busy times. I did find that the managers ciould be a bit too relaxed especially with some of the coworkers who needed a bit of drive and leadership.
