Pros

Basic pay good and coworkers good

Cons

There is a recurring issue with management placing excessive pressure on frontline staff. Feedback and suggestions from our side are often disregarded, and many of the rules implemented seem unreasonable and one-sided. It is also concerning that when we raise feedback, it is sometimes perceived as a personal challenge rather than constructive input. This creates an unhealthy working environment and reflects a lack of professional management practices. think twice if you want get in this china culture company because South East Asia is under ANTA group

Pros

Good supportive coworkers . .

Cons

I worked at a central outlet and had a bad experience with how management handled staffing decisions. I was given only three days’ notice that my employment would be ending and was told I could either resign or be terminated. The short notice was very unexpected and left me little time to prepare or look for another job, which was quite stressful. What I found most challenging was the lack of clear communication. Prior to this, I had been told there might be a transfer to another outlet, but the decision later changed to ending my employment. I was also informed that the company planned to reposition the brand to be more high-end, but I was not given specific feedback on how my performance or profile did not align, which left me confused. Furthermore I was told that the decision had been made way earlier, so why the three days notice? In my opinion, earlier and clearer communication from management would have helped employees prepare for major decisions like this. Providing more detailed feedback and reasonable notice periods could also improve staff morale and professionalism in the workplace.
