While you're correct in that we don't currently have a company-wide annual bonus structure, we do offer bonus or commission structures to those in revenue-generating roles and those in leadership positions who are responsible for Salsify's achievement of our strategy. Pros

Salsify has always been a human centered and empathetic place to work, and it still is. There has been a lot of change over the past few years, and like every tech company, it has faced challenges with the economic climate. What sets Salsify apart is the way leadership has led through the difficulties, adapted, took ownership of mistakes, allowed grace for others mistakes, and provides room and autonomy for the next gen of leaders. It's a great place to learn and grow. There is not shortage of interesting challenges and opportunities.

Cons

There is a lot of change, which is necessary to adapt, but that can be difficult.
