- Great leadership from Executive team - Comp & benefits package is strong - Be ready to work hard

Cons

- Transition from BDR to AE has been an apparent gap in recent years (its a start up with a ton of moving processes and some undefined etc.). However, it looks like management has recently brought in a new BDR manager who is dedicated to helping over-achieving BDRs get promoted and grow with the company.

Salsify is growing fast and creating a lot of amazing new opportunities for personal growth.

Cons

This is a fast-paced and fast-changing environment that asks for a lot of flexibility from the team. There is definitely still a startup vibe.

Honest co-founders that I respect, who truly value everyone's contribution Fun, collaborative conversations with my department and other departments Every employee is given accountability and trust Energizing workplace where everyone is smart and cares about the contribution that they are making

Cons

Not a job for long-term planners who don't do well with change: This is a fast-paced environment, with a full workload and priorities that can change. Depending on your perspective that can be exciting or exhausting or both!
