      Unique proposition Superb leadership with the vision and values emulated throughout the organisation Top base pay and commission structure Scaling quickly in particular in Europe

      Cons

      Some calls later in the day due to the HQ being in the US but this is common amongst US tech companies

      - Staggeringly bright and driven team from the ground up. - Superb on-boarding experience - Incredible, differentiated product suite - Enormous opportunity

      - Not really a con per sé, but we work hard! Salsify will push you, stretch you and you'll finish each day amazed with what you have achieved!
