Huge market opportunity. Solid sales tech stack. Great marketing team. Driven sales leadership.

Cons

Growing quickly meaning there are lot's of new employees. It can be hard to find someone to lean on during onboarding. Since the industry is changing so quickly, there is some outdated content sitting around on internal systems that can cause confusion.

Salsify is defining a new category in e-commerce and is a market leader. The words I would use to describe the company are innovative, agile, nimble, ambitious. sincere, and high integrity.

Cons

The drawback for some people at Salsify is that is a a rapidly growing and evolving company that is not for everyone. You have to be motivated and willing to adapt quickly.

Working at Salsify has been and still is amazing. Going on three years and there is no other place I'd rather work at this point in my life.

Cons

Hybrid/Remote work model is sometimes hard when we're working from home.
