Everyone here worked hard and had fun while doing it. Everyone I worked with were collaborators and committed to doing what it takes to get it done.

Cons

Tough to take a deep breath at times, but I really like the fast paced environment so I learned ways to bring in some space and time needed.

My experience and Salsify was positive. Everyone I interacted with was super friendly, cooperative and intelligent. Leadership is strong and self aware. I definitely think the company is poised to be successful!

Cons

Some teams run lean which can create a higher workload.
