While you're correct in that we don't currently have a company-wide annual bonus structure, we do offer bonus or commission structures to those in revenue-generating roles and those in leadership positions who are responsible for Salsify's achievement of our strategy. With respect to salaries, review our compensation structures annually to ensure we're competitive with the market. When we get signal that our salaries are falling behind the market, we are proactive in making adjustments. Pros

- the people (individual contributors) are genuine and want the best for you - they do pay well to compensate for the workload - fully remote

Cons

- extremely high workload - they say they value worklife balance but that is not true - they have gone through layoffs about 5 times in 3 years; they will frequently hire people and let them go a month later; thus you end up doing the job of 3 people - management is a lot of friends of leadership - no 401k match - bonuses dont mean anything because they rarely his their number
