      Pros

      Diverse and equal workforce. Ideas are heard. Friendly and safe environment. Incredible product that does what it says we do. Leader in the e-commerce space. Best HR and Exec team I've ever experienced.

      Cons

      I wouldn't call it a con, but we move a mile a minute. Which while can be challenging is exciting to see the way we evolve and develop rapidly and move with the market.

      The Future is Bright for Salsify!

      Pros

      First, the culture is incredible. It was immediately apparent from my first meeting that there is a true customer-first ethos at Salsify, where our customers are put into the center of every consideration. "What does this mean for our customers?" appears to be the first question asked in nearly every major decision. Second, there is real collaboration here. And what I mean that is, regardless of role, seniority, or tenure, every person i've worked with has shown a willingness to help team members and get their hands dirty. There is no task too small for anyone, which is inspiring. Finally, the market opportunity for Salsify is off the charts. People are buying more and more online, and we help brands sell their products online in a new and truly differentiated way from other, older vendors in the space. The future is bright for Salsify!

      Cons

      This is inherent in a company offering a new way for their customers to look at things, but we need to do a lot of evangelization around our product and the Digital Shelf in general. Lack of awareness and clarity around what we do, and, more importantly, how our customers can optimize their use of the software, is a hurdle we need to overcome. I have full confidence we will! I would say the employee diversification could use some work as well. But it appears the people experience team recognizes this and are working on it.

      Selling to new business and cold accounts

      Pros

      Fun, young, lively environment. Great office space and downtown location.

      Cons

      A lot of turnover in the last year. Felt a lack of job security throughout my time with the company.
