Everyone is very nice and welcoming. The culture in the company is amazing, with regular offline events. The products exceed customers' expectations, and the company is always pushing for more innovative solutions.

Pros

Great Management staff, US and PT, with a great Director as well. I took another opportunity and moved from Salsify, just because of the much higher pay I got but culture-fit and job-fit, Salsify was spot on.

Cons

Too much of a push at the time, by top management, for a woke culture. I'm guessing due to how the money for the later rounds of investment was coming into the company, on the US front.
