there are a lot of great reps at salsify, some very tenured some new. leadership is almost all new which has its pros and cons. great work life balance and understanding for personal time off, autonomy and ability to get your work done

Cons

lots of changes to leadership and product, lack of promotion path most ppl stuck in their roles for years, lack of competitive salary / comp plans dont align with the changes that have been made
