      Pros

      I've worked at Salsify for a few years now, and in that time, I have seen the product grow into a legitimate platform and our team nearly double in size. Our market is poised for a lot of growth over the next couple of years, and we continue to add best in class talent to our team to help us execute on our strategy. The environment is fast paced and demanding but always feel empowered and enabled by management to leverage our internal teams to be successful. I look forward to coming into work every day and that is the direct result of leadership that has a clear vision and a product that continues to grow.

      Cons

      With any start up in our phase, there's always a ton of new faces, which can be hard to keep up with at times

      Pros

      Salsify is one of the best places I have worked. The energy and excitement around the office is contagious. I think everyone who is currently employed understands not only the potential of the platform, but also what a unique culture and atmosphere that has been created. This combination allows Salsify to attract and retain a team of smart and trusted people that are always looking for ways to be improve the platform. I look forward to coming to work everyday and being pushed to be better, not by my direct manager, but by the activities and actions of others around me.

      As we continue to grow, the communication between departments needs to be improved.

      Pros

      Great work environment. Very smart people, doing great work in an exciting, growing space. Super flexible to allow you to be at your best, however you work to get there (e.g. flexible starts to the day, pods for quiet time, adjustable desks, open floor plan, unlimited vacation). Also very supportive of employee initiatives. If you make a case on why you need something, or why a project needs to happen, they throw their full support behind you and let you run with it. Good company culture with a lot of cross-departmental knowledge sharing. Also very available executive suite - they sit amongst everybody, not in offices, and are there when you need them.

      Cons

      I am hard pressed to come up with any, aside from the fact I can't bring my dog into the office. Which, is undoubtedly a minor quibble. One thing to note is that you may sometimes have to deal with some off-hour items, but needs here aren't frequent in my experience (like 1-2 times per month), and are only limited to super time-sensitive stuff.
