I loved my time with Salsify

Great Management staff, US and PT, with a great Director as well. I took another opportunity and moved from Salsify, just because of the much higher pay I got but culture-fit and job-fit, Salsify was spot on.

Cons

Too much of a push at the time, by top management, for a woke culture. I'm guessing due to how the money for the later rounds of investment was coming into the company, on the US front.

Great product, great work environment, lack of strong leadership

Leading SaaS that customers love. Many opportunities in the market to evolve the product. People are great to work with, and you learn a lot.

Cons

Upper management constantly makes organizational changes without providing time to see if they have an effect. This causes discomfort and a lot of layoffs.

- A calm environment, with an apparently good culture - including channels for LGBT+ and others. - Well paid; up to 30k euros per year for an L2 position, meal allowance, and medical insurance. - Full remote position with access to the office and free amenities.

Cons

- The PMs seem to be scrambling on what to do - the software feels like a patchwork - and there are not enough software architects to make good structural decisions. - There are only 3 parking spots in the office for several tens of people.
