Absolutely amazing place to work!

Pros

Such a great place to work! Talented and inspiring coworkers. The energy is electric. I have never worked at a company with so many hardworking and collaborative people. The management team has really done a great job of empowering people and raising the talent bar.

Cons

None that I can think of. This place is for A players, B players won't survive.

- PHENOMENAL benefits - Visionary leadership - Welcoming culture - you can literally walk up to any of the execs and have a conversation. - The company is growing fast - exciting to be a part of!

Cons

- I've been here just over 2 months, so maybe I have the 'new-guy-blinders' on still, but I haven't really encountered anything negatives.

Honest co-founders that I respect, who truly value everyone's contribution Fun, collaborative conversations with my department and other departments Every employee is given accountability and trust Energizing workplace where everyone is smart and cares about the contribution that they are making

Cons

Not a job for long-term planners who don't do well with change: This is a fast-paced environment, with a full workload and priorities that can change. Depending on your perspective that can be exciting or exhausting or both!
