      Pros

      Salsify is growing at a impressive rate. The outlook for the business is very exciting and the leadership team is transparent. People are extremely smart and the culture is one that focused on empowerment.

      Great place to be. The product is innovative and leading edge, the market timing is strong and the people are A players. The is a culture of cross functional coordination and transparency. Exciting place to be with great growth opportunities

      Cons

      Salsify is still building the future. Some processes are not as formal and you need to get your hands dirty.

      Pros

      My time at Salsify has been extremely positive. I have learned a tremendous amount, had great managers, been promoted multiple times and feel valued when I come into the office. It has been a great job and I look forward to having a long career here. Some other specific reasons why I like working at Salsify: 1) I really enjoy the people I work with, there is some seriously great talent at Salsify 2) Excellent leadership who value transparency 3) Awesome product. We have great product/market fit, with a very strong engineering team that continuously is striving to innovate and push the envelope

      Cons

      Every company has room for improvement. Salsify is experiencing tremendous growth and doing all of the big things right. Anything I put here would be knit-picky at best.
