      Unique proposition in the market, solving real world issues in an eCommerce sector that will only continue to grow Cross functionally, everyone is super supportive and willing to help with great resources to keep on developing also Management empower you to grow and take on new challenges and always lend a hand with advice Deep focus from everyone in the company, pulling in the same direction and agility to change when needed Transparency right from the top and for everyone to see

      Not a negative but with any company experiencing this type of growth and the scale of the industry means you will be stretched with hard work but this is also rewarded

      Great perks but toxic environment and poor management

      perks, medical insurance, wellness days

      Cons

      Toxic environment, forced social, extremely bad managers (without any prior experience), they don't provide you any support, training, onboarding is inexistent, it's just one of those companies that is loosing subscriptions and revenue quarter after quarter
