Pros

Salsify has tight focus, leadership does a great job of inspiring employees to buy in and deliver. Employees are regularly asked tackle hard problems with creative solutions, with an organic mature support system in place.

Cons

Salsify has grown quickly and sometimes more tenured employees forget that not everyone has the same context, history, and ability to thrive in the organic environment that fostered its explosive growth. Salsify is great about finding problems and pushing to come to solutions (within the business) and while leadership is very transparent they could improve on managing expectations/messaging around newly developing processes.

Pros

It's pretty simple, Salsify is awesome. Aside from the usual perks that come with working at a start-up, Salsify also has amazing people at it that are truly passionate about the product and care about the company's growth. It's refreshing to come to work and be relaxed every day, but also leave feeling accomplished and like your job helps the larger picture. Two thumbs up for Salsify!

Cons

It's a startup with growing pains, but none that majorly effect any one position or department. My one recommendation is to be prepared for the start up environment - if you don't like that then you won't like it here. If you do like that, then you'll love it here!

- Great company, great product - everyone is working towards the same goal - Lots of upward growth opportunity in the sales organization. BDRs that have been promoted to AEs have been very successful - Access to every single executive and full support from the rest of the organization for anything sales needs - Young drinking culture, but also very welcoming to anyone who isn't excited about the keg - Once you've proved yourself to be self-sufficient, the micromanaging actually stops, and it's great.

Cons

- It's sales. It's always going to be a little tough sometimes. Nothing bad to say about the support and training I've received to overcome the challenges, though.
