      Pros

      the typically startup perks of beer, casual dress, games, young employees. Non Sales teams seem much happier and with better management/recognition from a very product and dev focused leadership

      Cons

      -Executives come from big companies (though great ones) and bring people with them so there is a comfort and complacency at the top line -Leadership is friendly and portrays "happy to help" attitude but it's superficial. All seem to deflect any genuine care or investment of thought/time. -Management often skip the weekly mandatory all hands meeting -A majority of Sales reps have left within the past 6 months -Founders will only acknowledge entry level reps if prompted to do so -Daily call numbers monitored through phones closely

      Pros

      Salsify is great.The market potential for our platform is huge and the company has a clear and achievable vision. We have some massive brands (3M, Bosch, Johnson & Johnson) which makes it very easy to generate interest with prospects when you mention those clients and the impact we've had on their business. The culture is very open, trustworthy, and empowering to the individual with strong benefits like stock, very good pay, and commissions on realistic goals. Other BDR teams around Boston are boiler rooms with a weak product - Salsify is not.

      Cons

      We're growing quickly. This obviously results in limited space and minor managerial/organizational changes - you must be flexible and accepting of change.

      Pros

      Coming into Salsify as an employee in the early 20's, I have a unique perspective on the incredible company that is being built! The company values, culture, and business goals are more transparent and are more frequently communicated than anywhere I have worked previously. We work as a team, solve as a team, and celebrate as a team. With more than 60 employees today, it is incredible to see the company hold onto the culture while scaling to build a world class product.

      Cons

      We ran out of iced coffee on tap this week! Luckily it was refilled the next day.
