Pros
The people are great to work with. Management seems to care about their employees and they work hard to create a comfortable environment. My position has a lot of autonomy which is wonderful, and I feel respected at all levels. The positions here all seem to be very secure. The compensation is "fair", but could be better. Decent benefits.
Cons
Lack of growth and compensation package. It's possible to move up, but it takes a very long time (many years), and moving up doesn't give you a large salary increase. Some people have been here over 10 years and don't have a salary much more than their employees.
