      Good IT people getting pushed out.

      Pros

      Fairly stable job. Good people to work with. Good benefits. Some agencies have good leadership. Decent internal training program with wide variety of classes.

      Cons

      Extremely Competent and experienced people get pushed out if the way for the managements favorites. They are usually incompetent suck ups. No inside promotion except when it is favoritism. Because of politics, no one dares speak up. IT division is just depressing!
