Pros

World Class Steakhouse. Entire staff learns leadership traits and what it takes to be successful. Entire team takes pride in their job!!

Cons

It's not an easy job! You will be challenged to be at your best every shift. All staff financially rewarded when taking care of guest.

Pros

They rank you against everyone else based on your performance not seniority, so if you put in the work it will show. Also, if you show the drive and teamwork, it's fairly easy to work your way up. The discount program is amazing. It's an open-wait system so you have people to help you out when you need it.

Cons

The training process is long and kind of tedious but once you make it through, it's good experience. The clientele isn't always the greatest and sometimes you don't make nearly as much as you should

Pros

Flexible hours. The concept of "teamwork" is highly intertwined in each and every shift. A ranking system (revised quarterly) based on sales, company culture, overall restaurant knowledge, and guest comments can quickly set you apart from the rest of the staff. A higher ranking allows for better sections with larger parties and more responsibility.

Cons

Typical late hours of any restaurant job. At times, management will pressure servers to improve sales or their ranking will suffer in the next set of rankings. The management can become overly obsessed with the minuscule details of a servers job. You work HARD. Although not entirely a con, this job isn't for the physically weak or weak minded individual.
