Can’t think of any to be honest

Cons

Short shifts equaling small daily income Gives hours based on ranking system Does not utilize experience and skills Extreme micro managing Benefits for those who average 30 hours or more a week but they only schedule you 20 hours and cut you early so you on get 15 hours clocked in. It’s a preferential culture. A battle of egos.

Cons

Servers can try to sit themselves so you need to make sure you dont allow them to do that.
