I worked at one of the bottom 3 stores so might not be true for busy locations

Pros

Lot's of mismanagement and old systems/procedures, if you can play the game well, build good regulars (one of the servers worked there for 8+ years and they let him take extra tables if they ask for him at the front) you can make a killing.

Cons

Corporate visits and management make me want to never work at a restaurant again.
