Pros

Their mission to help the uninsured, undocumented, and Medicaid patients of Colorado. Complicated patients provided a challenge and learning opportunity. Benefits are industry standard and medical/dental reasonably priced.

Cons

The starting pay for APPs (NP/PA) is terrible. Its better for physicians. There is a generous bonus structure but its hard to obtain.
