Cons
Expectations from admin for medical professionals and staff is on high throughput of patients, not quality High turnover of staff/doctors Very low pay/other benefits are not great Low morale amongst staff due to poor pay and over booking of patients Very difficult to move up, no incentives/payoff for hard work NO communication between employees and management / management to admin Managers have no training and are hired from within
