You are given all the tools you need to be successful within the company, whether its a PDF full of information or a wrench and guiding hand. Hard work doesn't go unnoticed and is reflected in your pay, the food program is excellent and lets you be creative so you are not eating the same thing everyday, there is a hydroponic garden that is harvested weekly so you are getting fresh ingredients, and oh yeah its free. Parking is never an issue and the coffee flows like water. If you have experience in coffee or customer support I wouldn't hesitate to look into working for the Salzman Group.
