      Pros

      They have a strong desire to be successful and take care of their employees. They offer a decent wage for the area. They are understanding if an emergency arises. You get a straight answer if you have a question. They will help you grow with the company and achieve your goals.

      Cons

      Working on changing policy and streamlining processes has created some disconnect. There seems to be some miscommunication at times; however, they understand and are working on becoming more transparent.

      The only people who get paid what they deserve are the people the plant manager likes on a personal level. How hard you work at Carbis is irrelevant because you do not get paid based on your work ethic. They do not value their employees nor do they care to hear any input you may have regarding production. The dogs are provided with heat and air yet the employees are not.
