Pros

Some good people there. Pay is good if you got your scratching the right backs.

Cons

everything is a big secret. If your not in the in-crowd you won't go far. job skills don't mean squat as far as getting raises. Upper management degrades workers and treats you as if your not worth being informed. And if you are informed it is just a mask to cover up what is really going on in the company. Lots of partiality shown and alliances formed.

I've met a lot of good people. I don't have to work on the weekends. The pecan trees provide good shade to park under.

Cons

Whatever you do seems to be the wrong thing. The rules change constantly. You might as well forget input. You're wrong before you open your mouth. A handful of people are allowed to talk down to you. The moral is awful. It's like a building full of beat down people who are waiting for the ax to fall. You will only succeed there if you kiss up to the right people. Job performance means nothing.

PMI certification would be beneficial to many of our team leaders and is something we will definitely look into further. I am unsure what you are considering company expansion in your review, over the 85 years we have been in business our product lines, markets, and paths to the market have constantly changed and expanded. This is one of those times I wish we could have an open dialogue rather than responding to one another via internet "post-it" style reviews. Regardless, thank you again for the good idea and we wish you well in the future.
